OUTSTANDING DOGGY DAYCARE FOR DOGS OF TOOTING, BALHAM & STREATHAM
Poochville exists to deliver safe, honest, thoughtful care so that you can rest easy that your dog is content, happy and nurtured when they're with me.
Who doesn't like a bit of variety?! I love woodland walks, roaming through open fields, hiking hills and walking beside streams and rivers. Turns out, so do the pooches with whom I share my days. Whether we are off out for an adventure or spending time at home, variety ensures that all of your pooches needs are met.
We explore different places each day of the week, so we never get bored. The dogs thoroughly enjoy all the different smells, sights and sounds of the spaces we visit. When we are at home we have a sensory garden for the dogs to explore, complete with tyres and planks for those who like to practise their balancing skills! We also have a tunnel, a paddling pool, some simple agility equipment for those who are able and plenty of snuffle mats, kongs and puzzle feeders to engage their brains. As important as all of that fun stuff is a comfortable place to rest and snooze! An overtired dog is not a happy dog so we have comfy beds and quiet spaces where the dogs are encouraged to have some down time.
Whilst we enjoy variety in terms of where we spend our time, we enjoy spending time together as a small, familiar group. A maximum of four dogs join me for daycare each day, and most days these dogs are the same.
This means that the dogs get to know each other really well and are relaxed and happy together. It also means that I know each of them incredibly well and am able to ensure that each individual dog has their needs met.
Keeping groups small and familiar means that I can give each dog in my care the attention they need and deserve. It means I am fully engaged with them and that I get to know their individual personalities well.
RESPONSIBLE AND DOG FOCUSED CARE
The dogs safety. happiness and wellbeing are THE most important things to me. I understand that different dogs have different needs and I do not expect all the dogs I care for to fit the same mould.
I invest time in continued professional development so that I am in the position to provide the best care possible. I am ever evolving in my knowledge of dogs which enables me to truly connect with and understand your dog.
I am trained in dog body language which is incredibly important and has really equipped me to see the interactions between the dogs in my care, consider the effects of those interactions and ensure that all of the dogs in my care are happy, relaxed, confident and enjoying themselves.
